Essentially, our policy states that everyone that comes in here becomes part of the community and contributes towards making it an amazing place to train.

We’re not that type of gym where you come in, put your head down, speak to nobody and leave.

Instead, we celebrate the success of others, pick each other up when we’re struggling and keep one another accountable to our goals.

When one of us succeeds, we ALL succeed.

We’re a family here and if someone doesn’t want to be part of that, then we’d recommend a different gym for them.  So far, we’ve been lucky.  We’ve never had to kick anybody out. 

Because once people realise the true power of a community?  They’re hooked.
