Beginners Yoga:

Intermediate Yoga: Our intermediate yoga sessions are for those who want to polish their yoga skills with the changing generations. Some also want to enhance the flexibility of the body, as well. We have trainers who are well-adapted with the modern yoga processes and thus perfect for those who are looking to have it in an all-new process.
Corporate Yoga:
Office stress is always there with any working person. To take them out of such stresses, we are offering corporate yoga sessions. It is provided to the people of any age group and any gender.
