These classes use a combination of simple movements, postures and breath in order to achieve balance, flexibility and strength. This is a complete mind-body exercise aimed at making you feel relaxed, strong and balanced.
The word yoga comes from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language. It is a derivation of the word yuj, which means yoking, as in a team of oxen. In contemporary practice, this is often interpreted as meaning union-MIND, BODY & SOUL.
