55 years agoDedicated group classes for men, women and kids with separate instructors, is primarily aimed a building up your yoga practise gradually, with the aim to build a strong foundation to learning and mastering beneficial yoga asanas.
Our yoga classes postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

We have provisions for individual and group sessions of yoga at our premises. Routine yoga and therapeutic yoga depending on disease conditions are planned after consultation and understanding patient constitutions.
