Wrestling is a combat sport in which two opponents struggle hand to hand in order to pin or press each other's shoulders to the mat or ground. Styles and rules dictate grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and take-downs, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds.

About Ibrahim Elsawi
MMA Professional Fighter and Founder
Ibrahim Elsawi started his career at the age of 15 as a Muay Thai fighter and achieved championship in the Desert Force MMA Middleweight Category. His advanced training includes Kung-Fu, Kickboxing, Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu.
He has been practicing as a certified trainer for the last 10 years for individuals seeking health and fitness as well as MMA fighters and corporate groups.
Ibrahim completed a certificate in Behavioral Psychology from the Essex University to complement his knowledge in Sports Psychology.
He aspires to help individuals attain self-esteem and confidence through his applied training programs. He is a keen contributor to the UAE Special Olympics training programs.
Our Wrestling & Grappling are a group training class that focuses on takedowns, throws, and ground-based techniques to develop strength, technique, and strategic thinking for competitive wrestling or self-defence purposes.
No prior experience? No problem! Our beginner classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of wrestling in a safe and encouraging environment. You’ll learn basic takedowns, escapes, and maneuvers while building a strong foundation of fitness and technique.
