This program will help participants understand the process of contracts, procurement and tender administration.
The most important goal is to play a key role in the support of tenders (public/private). Participants will learn to decide upon registration and execution of tenders while keeping an eye on deadlines and being responsible for handling all administrative tasks from tender announcement until contract expiration.
Main duties include being the gate-keeper of all contracts, owner of contract registry, creator of customer value adds, and first point of contact with purchasers in relation to contract validity, quality and master data management, being specialist on tender documents and actively support in preparing the tender submission.
Participants will also know how to make sure that all parts of the tender are covered and the required structure is kept (administration, technical and financial part).
