Shaolin Kung Fu is offering Tai Chi classes for Adults led by professional instructors with a focus on self-defense techniques such as punches, kicks, strikes, throws, takedowns & more.
This exercise is presented by a series of slowly performed movements accompanied by deep breathing in a focused manner. It is aimed at reducing anxiety and stress while improving your balance and flexibility greatly.
