Senior Professional in Human Resource - International (SPHRi)

This qualification is designed to develop and validate your core HR competencies and display a master's in the generally accepted HR principles. You will understand the HR principles relevant to policy formulation and service delivery. 

Eligibility:

• At least 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
• A minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school degree or global equivalent
• The SPHRi requires documented knowledge of local employment laws
