This is the most elite programme offered at Scafa. This programme combines professional kitchen and professional finishing lessons along with a structured on-the-job training in the best five-star hotel in the Middle East.
This duration of this programme is 1 year (12 months) which is distributed with a 2-month vocational education at Scafa and Sofitel and Jones the Grocer. You will receive the following certifications at the end of this course:
- Professional Kitchen and Professional Finishing Certificates attested and approved from KHDA.
- City and Guilds Certification
- Joint Certificate from relevant joint partner
Key Features:
- Placement in this programme is limited to 4 applicants only which is based on first come basis.
- The course fee covers the cost of the course material, uniform, accommodation (Shared), meals (entire course duration) and other relevant tools and ingredients related to cooking.
Structure:
- First 3 months is devoted to Professional KitchenProgramme
- Next 3 months are spent on On-the-job training (Sofitel JBR or Jones the Grocer)
- Followed by the next 3 months at Professional Finishing Programme & Scafé
- Last 3 months is spent at on-the-job training at (Sofitel JBR or Jones the Grocer)
