Person In Charge (PIC) Certification Level 2

Overview:

This training will help you in identifying the need for food safety and discuss its various implications. You will learn a great deal about Food Borne Diseases and different hazards associated with it. It will also shed some light on the importance of the supervisory role in the food safety position with knowledge on Dubai Food Code and International Food Safety requirements

Importance:

Low and medium risk food businesses are required to have PLC  certification, Level 2. For high-level risk food businesses, PLC level 2 is the answer. For Foodstuff Trading Companies, Kiosk, Distributors etc

Certificate:

You will receive a certificate at the end. It states that you have completed PIC Certification, Level 2 training as made mandatory by Dubai Municipality in many low and medium-risk food businesses.
