55 years agoThe Highfield Level 3 International Award in HACCP for Catering is aimed at those responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point) systems in a catering environment.
'Level 2 in Food Safety' training is offered by Boecker Public Health. Boecker has partnered with 'Chartered Institute of Environmental Health' which offers e-learning training solutions.
This training is a legal requirement as directed by 'Dubai Municipality'. It will teach you about the fundamental food safety requirements for all food handlers.
It will teach you about supervisory role at all stages of production including cooking, preparation, delivery, food handling and purchasing. Examples relating to effective supervisory management will also be provided.
Intermediate Food Hygiene training is a qualification aimed at supervisors, team leaders, line managers working in the Food industries. The qualification is also suitable for those owning/managing smaller food businesses.
