I am certified yoga instructor and an Indian freelance yoga consultant since 5 years in middle east region. I started my yoga carrier from 2016 .I got YOGA SIROMANI certificate from sivananda yoga institute Trivandrum , Kerala on 2015.

Learn Yoga with Aspire Gymnastics Dubai supervised and led by an experienced instructor. The classes are conducted in a friendly and conducive environment.
These classes use a combination of simple movements, postures and breath in order to achieve balance, flexibility and strength. This is a complete mind-body exercise aimed at making you feel relaxed, strong and balanced.
Yoga classes are offered by Al Aqeeq Fitness Centre for all ages. Separate classes are available for Men and Female.
