Overview:

Masterclass in Total Quality Management has been in existence for several years and many industries, especially the small-scale and medium- scale, are slowly adopting the TQM principles in their pursuit of quality and excellence before they start ISO implementation. 

In adopting the TQM initiatives, these companies are learning to use Quality Circles and different Quality Improvement Tools in solving quality-related problems. They are also adopting “Suggestion System” in order to motivate their employees to share their ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the company.
