The Inner Space Centre for Training in Meditation and Self Development (Abu Dhabi) is an organisation that provides courses, seminars, lectures and workshops in meditation, positive values, stress-free living and self-management to individuals and companies.
Modern stress affects nearly off of us at some point in our lives. Not only does it distress our minds but is also has a detrimental effect on our health and wellbeing and relationships at work and home. In a world of turmoil and confusion, escalating levels of anger and frequent breakdown of relationships, there is a need for a new kind of education in how to manage the self.
The Centre acknowledges the intrinsic goodness of everyone and teaches a practical method of meditation that helps people better understand inner strengths and values and put them into practice into their own lives. Meditation is a simple technique of learning how to reprogram the mind to think in a more positive and effective way. The most profound calm and serenity lie at the core of our own well-being.
However, most of us have lost the connection with the inner goodness and are caught up in old behavioural patterns that create worry, fear and sorrow.
The Centre provides a space for individuals from all walks of our community to experience inner stillness. All our self-development courses lead to a deeper understanding of our inner being and the innate values that are a foundation to the quality of our lives.
All activities of the Inner Space Centre are offered free of charge and supported by local teachers and students.
Inner Space Centre was founded in 2011 and is owned by Abbas Al Khoori and Sona Bahri.
