This course provides an understanding and detail knowledge of;

• ISO 9001:2015 QMS Requirements, System Fundaments, Vocabulary and;

• ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for Auditing Management

This course is divided into 4 Sections

Section 1: Introduction to the course

• The course begins with the introduction of ISO standards, Lead Auditor training,

• Auditing purposes and contribution in an organization’s Management System

Section 2: ISO 9000:2015 Fundaments and Vocabulary

• All requirements related terminologies and key concepts of ISO 9001:2015 will be

• discussed in detail

Section 3: ISO 9001:2015 Requirements

• All standard requirements including Clauses and sub clauses will be discussed in detail

• regarding real time audit examples

• Normative References, Terms & Definitions, Organizational Context

• Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation

• Performance Evaluation & Improvement

Section 4: ISO 19011:2011 Guidelines for Auditing Management

• Introduction to auditing, Scope, Criteria, Terminologies & Principles

• Managing an Audit Program

• Establishing the Audit Program objectives

• Establishing, Implementing & Monitoring Audit Program

• Reviewing and Improving the audit program

• Initiating & Performing an audit

• Preparing and distributing the reports
