This 5-day training will teach you about implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015. The training program is consistent with project management practices as per ISO 10006.  It is also based on the principles of quality management highlighted in ISO 9000. 

You will have a thorough insight about the best practices utilized in implementation of quality processes that address opportunities and risks. It will lead you to learn about performance improvement. By the end, you will be trained to manage a team implementing ISO 9001 and also prepare an organization for ISO 9001.

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 9001 and initiation of a QMS

Day 2: Plan the implementation of the QMS

Day 3: Deploying the QMS

Day 4: QMS measurement, continuous improvement and preparation for certification audit

Day 5: Certification Exam
