ISO 50001 - Lead Auditor Training

This workshop will train you to gain the skills of auditing an Energy Management System (EnMS) based on ISO 50001. You will learn about different techniques, procedures, and principles for auditing which will be useful for you in managing a team of auditors.

You will be able to perform external and internal audits in compliance with  ISO 19011. You will also learn about performing certification audits as per ISO 17021. 

All the skills necessary for conducting an audit like communication skills with customers, audit program, managing auditor team, conflict resolution etc will be developed by the participants in this program. 

Outline: 

Day 1: Overview of Energy Management System (EnMS) concepts as required by ISO 50001

Day 2: Planning and initiating an ISO 50001 audit

Day 3: Conducting an ISO 50001 audit

Day 4: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 50001 audit

Day 5: Certification Exam
