This training will give you the essential knowledge and understanding of a food management system. You will be familiarized with ISO 22000 Requirements for assessment and food handling.
After the successful completion of the six hour training (Topic cover Basic Food safety principles, GHP) the candidates can appear for a pictorial examination with the Municipality.
This is an accredited qualification by HABC and all employees responsible for the handling of food must attend this basic food safety training to learn the provisions of food safety, management and control.
