ISO 17025 Lead Implementer Training (Laboratory Management System (LMS)

You will learn different skills and gain knowledge to support laboratories in implementation and management of a Laboratory Management System (LMS) as specified in ISO/IEC 17025:2005. You will also gain the technical abilities to perform tests or calibrate as mentioned in ISO/IEC 17025. 

The entire training is consistent with project management practices established as per ISO 10006 also known as 'Quality Management Systems - Guidelines for Quality Management in Projects'. Additionally, you will gain expertise to manage and supervise a team implementing ISO/IEC 17025

Day 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 17025 and initiation of an LMS

Day 2: Plan the implementation of LMS

Day 3: Initiating and Implementing an LMS based on ISO/IEC 17025

Day 4: Monitoring an LMS and preparation for accreditation

Day 5: Certification Exam
