ISO 13053 - Lead Auditor Training

You will learn about auditing a six sigma project and understand how to manage an auditor team by applying different techniques, principles, and procedures common in auditing. You will be able to comply with ISO 17021 and ISO 19011 standards while performing internal and external auditing. 

By the end, you will be trained to be called a qualified auditor by mastering auditing techniques and learn about other auditing related skills like communication with a customer, conflict resolution, auditing program and managing auditing team etc.

You will be able to perform ISO 13053 auditing and understand ISO 17021 specifications.

Day 1: Introduction to Six Sigma concepts as required by ISO 13053

Day 2: Planning and initiating an ISO 13053 audit

Day 3: Conducting an ISO 13053 audit

Day 4: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 13053 audit

Day 5: Certification Exam
