• Front office operations:  Introduction to the hospitality and tourism, Coordination with other department, Reservation process, Check in and check out process, Guest cycle and guest accounting, use of PMS and night auditing functions. 
• Housekeeping operations: Introduction, Types of rooms and room codes, planning and organizing housekeeping department, Cleaning equipment and agents, cleaning procedure and bed making procedure, towel art techniques.
• Food and beverage service operations: Introduction, Types of service, Restaurant service training, Table set up and dining etiquette, Menu preparation, POS, Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Service of beverages.
• Food production:  Introduction, Kitchen areas, Handling safety and risk management, Food preparation (on & off premises practical training) 
• Hospitality Sales:  Hospitality sales and marketing selling techniques and Business communication in hospitality.
