3. Procedure : Learn the step-by-step procedure, starting with scalp massage and extending to the neck and shoulders, utilizing techniques such as tapping, pinching, and friction to stimulate energy flow and release tension.

4. Duration: Discover the optimal session length, typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour, adaptable to clients' preferences and needs.
