Upon successful completion, you will receive 'basic food hygiene training certificate' along with the Attestation letter from Dubai Municipality. This is a mandatory training for all food handlers in Dubai. It is designed for the stewarding
International certificate accredited to renowned awarding bodies will be provided. This training is intended for persons directly responsible for the implementation and maintenance of HACCP food safety management system.
The level 2: Basic Food Hygiene training is a computer-based PowerPoint presentation with set in videos. It is a one-day training with 6 hours duration; which includes two coffee breaks (5 minutes), a lunch break (30 minutes) and Examination
This is a Dubai Municipality approved training for supervisors that require all food establishments shall employ at least one (1) full time, on-site Person in Charge (PIC) certified in food safety.
