Dubai Elite Gymnastics Academy offers artistic gymnastics classes for all capabilities, genders and ages, starting from 18 months onward, from recreational to advanced level. In addition to our artistic gymnastics, we offer Circus, Hip Hop, Latin Dance, Trampoline, Contortion and Yoga classes.
10 classes that is valid for 2 months (Ages 1.5 - 10 years old)
We follow the rules according to the American Academy of Pediatrics and the America Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons children under the age of 6 should never use a trampoline, due to the fact that their fragile bones are not meant to withstand the repetitive pressure from jumping.
This course is designed for 3-4 years old girls. It focuses on the basics of balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of girls. Kids will learn about the basics of gymnastics.
5 classes that is valid for 2 months (Ages 1.5 - 10 years old)
This class is designed for children of 6-8 years old. Children are coached to master sports and gymnastics skills.
