The restaurant’s design, incorporating dark wooden furniture, regal pillars, carvings and the blue and gold printed walls and rugs, portend the south-eastern oriental style of the country, resembling the royal dining halls of King Rami IV.

About the Chef:

Chef Nauremol Poolkuan is the lady head chef behind the famous dishes of Benjarong, Dusit International’s signature restaurant. She brings with her more than 30 years of experience having worked in Thailand, China and now in Dubai. She also had the honour of cooking for the royal family of Thailand for quite some time. This is her inspiration as she brings traditional royal Thai cuisine even to the tables of the most discerning palates. Guests dining in at Benjarong are ensured that the dishes are cooked and presented exactly how the royal family prefers it - fit for royalty, nothing less.”
