Full Waxing Technique

The waxing technique course is based on a preparation for work, which require learners to develop the skills and knowledge required in the Beauty industry

Within this course your will learn how to prepare for waxing treatments, prepare themselves, client and work, use suitable consultation techniques to identify treatment objectives, carry out necessary tests prior to the treatment, provide clear recommendations to the clients, select products, tools and equipment to suit client treatment needs.

Identify the different types of waxing methods and products, applications and removal for different types of wax, treating different hair types and body area.

You will develop a sound knowledge of health, safety and hygiene, contra-indications, contra-actions, client consultation and treatment planning, home care and aftercare advice. 

You will really gain broad knowledge base from which you can tailor the best possible treatments and develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills to a high occupational level. You will also need to maintain your personal appearance and good communication with the client.
