“Essential Management Skills” provides delegates with an excellent foundation in the key skills and behaviours required to be an excellent manager.

During this program, delegates will explore topics critical to developing effective management skills such as performance management, motivation, team development, interpersonal and communication skills and time management skills.

Delegates will complete this workshop, rejuvenated with a toolkit of immediately applicable management skills that can be used to improve their success in managing their self and others.
