Certification Course in Healthcare Communication (UAE)

Introducing Dr. Indu Arneja, the Founder Director of the Indian Institute of Healthcare Communication situated in Delhi, the capital of India. She holds in-depth knowledge of skill-building programs on healthcare communication, increasing interpersonal effectiveness, transforming organizations through contemporary leadership styles, and creating high-performing teams for doctors, nurses, and management professionals. She’s visiting faculty to some of the prestigious organizations like IIM Ahmedabad, XLRI Jamshedpur, Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi Judicial Academy, Delhi University, and the Public Health Foundation of India. While working with medical students on their clinical communication skills, she had written a book titled- ‘Fundamentals of Clinical Communication Skills- A step-by-step guide for medical students. This book received a very warm welcome from the students and medical colleges. She is conducting an online Master Trainer Program on Healthcare communication to create a pool of trainers in healthcare communication. This program received a tremendous response; more than 200 professionals have undergone this training. She is also a core group member of the Advisory Board on Health and Mental Health for the National Human Rights Commission.
