Certificate In Professional Coaching

Overview:

This is a 16-week training program which is accredited by International Coach Federation. The students are paired with internationally certified ICF coach for mentor sessions.

- Virtual Forums delivered online (webinar)

Details:

The face-to-face training is a combination of different demonstration, lectures and feedback with practising coaching sessions. The 6 days of face-to-face meeting is comprised of three modules namely as Core (3 days), Deepening (1 day) and Empowering (2 days). 

The core module will help you understand the core skills of coaching and gain knowledge about the tools that inspire people to see you as a positive change for the world. The deepening module will work on deepening and expanding your knowledge and skill level regarding coaching. The last module called empowering will give you the power to feel and be ready for your new role as a NPCA coach. 

The program also consists of webinar sessions, mentoring and self-study modules to further your knowledge, skills and technique level to become a certified and professional coach.
