DurationCELPIP – Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program is an English Language Assessment tool which measures the 4 major components of English Grammar, Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
About the Exam:
There are currently two versions of CELPIP:
1. CELPIP General:
For all aspirant applicants for residency, employment, start-up visa (express entry) and accepted by the association of realty.
Made up of 4 sections:
a. Listening (47- 55 Minutes):
Components Section:

Listening to information
Listening to a news item
Listening to a discussion

b. Reading (55 - 60 Minutes):
Components Section:
Reading correspondence
Reading to apply a diagram

c. Writing (53-60 Minutes):

For Canadian residents applying for Canadian citizenship and accepted by the Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
