Jenoub Fitness welcomes all our Sharjah ladies to try out our Ladies Only Gym in Muweilah, Commercial Area. This ladies' fitness center is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible as we know how much you care about privacy.
The ladies-only area offers you a great place to make friends and focus on achieving your health and fitness goals.
We have a wide range of gym equipment which include Cardio Equipments, a Full range of lower body machines, Bodybuilding machines, etc, to give you a full gym experience in a more private and secure way.
When you become a member of Jenoub fitness, you will get access to the main gym, other facilities plus there are unlimited group sessions for you to enjoy.
Instructor lead group fitness sessions are a great way to get active with a group of like-minded people. Benefits will depend on the session you choose.
It will help you to keep motivated and get to know other ladies while attending classes such as Aerobics, Zumba, Crossfit, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Yoga, in addition to your solo workout.
