Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA Certified)

Basic Life Support (BLS) is the basic precaution to save endangered lives recommended for healthcare professionals internationally.

This course gives the knowledge to recognize and respond immediately to any life-threatening emergencies by providing chest compressions, delivering appropriate ventilations and provide early defibrillation does save lives.

BLS training & certification is a mandatory requirement for any healthcare professional to refresh their BLS skills every two years, Alpha TSM is associated with American Heart Association (AHA) and Abu Dhabi University to provide life support courses in Al Ain

The course covers:

• 1-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child, and infant
• 2-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child, and infant
• Bag-mask techniques for adults, children, and infant
• Critical concepts of high-quality CPR
• Differences between adult, child, and infant rescue techniques
• Key changes in basic life support, reflect the new science from the 2010 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care
• Relief of choking for adults, children, and infant
• Rescue breathing for adults, children, and infant
