Basic Food Safety Training

Intermediate Food Hygiene training is a qualification aimed at supervisors, team leaders, line managers working in the Food industries. The qualification is also suitable for those owning/managing smaller food businesses.

This is a certification that determines food safety level based on the control and analysis of chemical, biological and physical hazards associated with the food. It is a management system to ensure adequate food safety level.
