These classes are available for kids classes with an indoor temperature controlled pool.
Swimming classes with both male and female trainers are available for everyone at CAP Sports Academy, be it a baby, kid or an adult. It includes Water Familiarisation”, “Learn to Swim”, and “Swimming Stroke Correction”.
Swimming Classes for Every Teens & Kids are offered by Powerhouse Gym Sharjah.
This is a 7 stage Learn to Swim program for both Kids (3 years and above) and Adults
The beginners are recommended 16 hours of training covering the basic swimming skills while for the advanced swimmers, 11 hours of training is recommended focusing on knowledge of strokes & more.
