Anyone can take the private class, from beginners to competitive swimmers. You will be taught by an internationally certified swimming instructor, Nader Rofail, or other members of his qualified team, who will come to your location to give the lessons.
What makes these lessons different?
To optimize your learning, the instructor will provide you with a recap after the class, along with exercises for self-practice between sessions to help you make faster progress. Different swim aid equipment will also be provided to enhance your ability and swimming techniques in the water.
Handbooks & Reports:
Upon completion of the sessions, the instructor will provide a report card with an evaluation based on their performance & areas to improve in the class.

At Paragon Athletics, we bring experienced personal trainers to your preferred location, be it your swimming pool, gym, or any outdoor setting. Our professional coaches offer a wide range of sports coaching, including swimming, gym training, boxing, tennis, and yoga, suitable for all ages and levels.
Swimming classes with both male and female trainers are available for everyone at CAP Sports Academy, be it a baby, kid or an adult. It includes Water Familiarisation”, “Learn to Swim”, and “Swimming Stroke Correction”.
The beginners are recommended 16 hours of training covering the basic swimming skills while for the advanced swimmers, 11 hours of training is recommended focusing on knowledge of strokes & more.
Swimming lessons for all ages are conducted by licensed instructors at Swim Tech Kings.
This course is designed to train the students for various competitions at all levels. It is also best for students who only wish to improve and maintain their fitness.
