DurationThis course is aimed at creating a general awareness and to provide essential knowledge on the hazards of working in a confined space, safe use of tools and equipment, control of hazards and emergency procedures of Confined Space.
Course Objectives
To provide clear information on current legislation, codes of practice and guidance notes associated with temporary construction work, ensuring the implementation of a safe system of work. To gain knowledge and information on the Appointed Person’s responsibilities .
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for Site Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and Engineers whose duties include responsibility for the Planning of any site activities and who will have overall control to act on behalf of the management of the organisation requirement.
All delegates wishing to attend the Appointed Person course must have completed their Construction Skills Managerial & Professionals Health, Safety & Environmental test before starting the Appointed Person training.

Certification: NAJMA Certificate, valid for 2 years
