Swati is a trained classical instructor from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, Kerala, with more than 5 years of teaching experience, and 10+ year of practising various forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, lyengar and Asthanga.
Her passion is to continuously study and pass on newer yoga techniques that will help enhance her student's general health and wellbeing. She is currently in her final year of study for a masters degree in yoga therapy at the S Vyasa University in Banglore, India.
Yoga classes are offered by Al Aqeeq Fitness Centre for all ages. Separate classes are available for Men and Female.
